Regardless of profession or sport, strength is required to move about our world efficiently, stay fit, and remain resilient. After initial private face to face introductory sessions together at the gym, we work via the TrueCoach online programming app. Narrated video coaching via Screencastify, tailored weight training programming, and goal updates are standard.
